Man of the Millennium Mr. Kalayanasundaram

Who is Man of the Millennium?

Would you like to know who is Man of the Millennium? If yes, kindly go through this small article where you can get brief info about the hidden giant and Man of the Millennium. There was a talk few days ago about Man of the Millennium, after searching through; we got to know that Mr. Kalyanasundaram Indian citizen got Man of the Millennium award which many of tycoons were dreaming of it. Although little late we got this information, still would like to share with gentle visitors about him. I was going through some of the articles related to Man of the Millennium and reading about a selfless living fable Mr. Kalyanasundaram from India.

He was hidden among other service personalities and doing his best performance as selfless living, the person is selfless deeds and worked as a librarian for 30 long years. Long back, Mr. Kalyanasundaram was the best librarian in India and one of the top 10 librarians in the world.

Sacrifice and achievement of Mr. Kalyanasundaram - Man of the Millennium as follows;

Mr. Kalyanasundaram unmarried and donated his life for the needy. He used to work as additional in a reputed Hotel to earn for his own survival and other personal expenses. Having said that we have also heard that he has donated his entire pension amount around Rs.10 lakhs for the social cause as well. He is the only person in the world so far who has donated his entire earnings for the needy. Everybody in the world might be pleased and pleasant with surprise to read about this gentleman. Other than this…

Mr. Kalyanasundaram contributed his whole salary for 30 long years to help the needy i.e. for social cause. People normally used to do it for few times or occasionally like contributing fund to social cause or needy but the achievement over here from him is one thing that this donation continued for 30 years and so on.

We are happy and proud that this man on the earth from Indian soil and proud to be alive to read about such an inspiring Indian. Wish him for his great success and achievement for his life bonded with many sacrifices just for the social cause and needy.

Also, appreciating his service to human being, an American organization have honored him with the title Man of the Millennium and gave him a reward of Rs.30 crores for being human, which was again spent on the needy by this gentleman. In addition, the United Nations organization adjudged Mr. Kalyanasundaram as one of the outstanding people of the 20th century.

Mr. Kalyanasundaram has made so proud to our country and moreover increased our belief in selfless acts by human beings even in this age. I came across about this person very late and felt there may be many like me who would be unaware about the existence of such a great human being as being complete and perfect human just for other needy. Hats off Mr. Kalyanasundaram!!!

  7. I am personally ashamed that I was not aware of the existence of this noble and great man, Kalyanasundaram honoured by US Govt. I feel equally ashamed that India Govt has conferred 'Bharat Ratna' on Sachin Tendulkar, who seeks and gets exemption of customs duty on a 'Ferrari' which he got free, who reportedly earns crores of rupees(in hundreds) every year.

Mr.Kalayanasundaram worked as a Librarian for 30 years. Every month in his 30 year experience(service), he donated his entire salary to help the needy. He worked as a server in a hotel to meet his needs. He donated even his pension amount of about ten lakh rupees to the needy.

He is the first person in the world to spend the entire earnings for a social cause. In recognition to his service, the American government honoured him with the ‘Man of the Millennium’ award. He received a sum of Rs 30 crores as part of this award which he distributed entirely for the needy as usual.

Moved by his passion to help others, Super Star Rajinikanth adopted him as his father. He still stays as a bachelor and dedicated his entire life for serving the society.

All our Politicians, Film stars, Business magnets, cricketers Press and we all Indians should be PROUD and also should be ashamed of ourselves. American Government has honored him but we Indians even don't know that such a personality exist amongst us.

Atleast have the courtesy to pass this on and on till the whole world comes to know about this Great Good Samaritan.

Hat's off Kalayanasundaram.. We Indians are extremely proud of you!! 👍

    1. Thanks for your visit and valuable comments. Yes, very few like him and unable to easily identify them since they are hidden stars without liking name and fame. Next thing for others are, and the problem is, most of them would like to earn and spend for the things that human is going to leave here itself on the earth, and forget or ignore to earn or spend for the things that human can take along with him/her even after his/her death. That is nothing but 'good deeds' which normally and mostly forgets.

    1. Yes John, charity is a little different deeds one shall not reveal it and he has done the same but one fine day some recognized him and brought forth and awarded him accordingly. That reward also given for charity. So, we came to know. If we check the history many has done the charity but proportion was / is different. There are still some men and women in the world who does maximum charity and few organization just delegated only for this cause (sometime even it is blamed for misuses too which normally we hear without any proof, in general). I agree it. However, full salary for entire life time charity is beyond one's achievement that I came to know first in way back 2012. There could be many others in the world as such whose info may or may not know / available sooner or later to publish on our blog.

Thanks for visiting my blog and adding your precious comments.

    2. Dear John, I received two comments from you last night. Thanks for your appreciation. I didn't publish them over here due to 'copied' content from various online sources though his (Edhi) info could be correct. Anyhow, as per your question on Abdul Sattar Edhi, yes, I know a bit about him and his organization service though practically unaware about him and his organization. He may come in a different category (service 'organization' / social service in 'group') but Mr. Kalyanasundaram is for 'individual' effort and 'individual' category.

Both can be awarded in a different category but this one has to be analyzed well by respective team and not me. We can just envy on their (Edhi and Kalyanasundaram) services if they are in a right way.

    3. Thanks John for another question, kind word and respect. You can give that award to Kalyanasundaram or Edhi or even Me (lol) - doesn't matter as long as those reward / money would really and directly go to needy only, and their charity won't begin at home or for self :).

BTW, I didn't publish the last comment from you too. I don't know this is serious or just you are having fun with me. Are you sure that you are responsible or one of the judge for selecting stated award? You may send me your email ID via same comment to communicate (through email or Gchat) further.

Once it is confirmed from you, I may publish your last comment that just sent to me. And, if it is just for fun and you know me well, or likes, or one of my online friends somewhere, then you don't hesitate to send me your email ID to talk with you frankly and I promise that I won't reveal your identity anywhere, nor angry etc. but would continue to talk to you that I assure you and promise.

      Thanks :)

    1. Yes, John. There could be some more but I know few as below. You may Google Palam Kalyanasundaram and Naryanan Krishnan to know their achievement. The second person started to serve since 2002, so, the first person again come in the top list.

Also, visit http://palamkalyanasundaram.blogspot.in/ (and) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Narayanan_Krishnan for more detail.
