Bangalore to Birur Travel

I got an opportunity to travel with my friends to Birur from Bangalore, it was few weeks back. The distance from Bangalore to Birur is around 215kms. Since the travel journey was accompanying with well known friends so there was/is no doubt about fun trip on the way. We took our own time to reach there. This trip planning was since two months and finally got to go and reach over there. We traveled by a car toward Tumkur road and diverted to a different left direction to reach another well known place called Shravanbelagola and Hassan route.

The road was toward Tiptur (famous for coconuts) by taking it right direction, and reached Birur after few hours. Since the journey was in the night time thus unable to take much scenery photos. Whatsoever, it was a night journey and nothing to enjoy beauty scenes around except the nature's darkness and a silent atmosphere. We had to stop the car on the way to enjoy the tea, some snacks and relax.

The nature's calm, pollution free and chilled atmosphere around were an additional gift for the travelers. The local snack and oily items were somewhat OK though they were expensive compare to Bangalore. It is always better to buy and keep some snack items while travelling to avoid any unbranded items or expired items or risky items to buy and consume them while travel.

We finally reached Birur in the early morning. Birur is a small town and it is surrounded by many villages. One can find many Betel trees around beside village essence in common. True peace and quite atmosphere. This is the best places for those who would like to spend few hours or days in a peace and quite atmosphere. The local people are really helpful and kind to assist traveler like us. We enjoyed the local breakfast over here.

We spent few hours in Birur after Breakfast, we then had to move to another village called Ajampur where one can find the best village atmosphere. The road was not good from Birur to Ajampur though we managed to drive a cool. We got some nice lunch over there after spending few hours in local. The farm and the garden enriched our travel experience. The local people and their domestic animals and their routine life made us surprise bond beside fantastic trip. Whatsoever, we missed to visit Bhadra wildlife sanctuary which was just near where had been. I will share more detail in another post. Till then enjoy this post.

Note: If you would like to know how to reach Birur from Bangalore or how to reach Ajampura from Bangalore then check the above map image given. Yes, there are buses and train facilities available to reach the destination.
